Farmhouse Restaurant ”Bebenko”

Farmhouse Restaurant
”Bebenko”

Raising and eating Bungo beef

In a desire to provide safe, delicious and fresh ingredients, where consumers could see the faces of the farmers, the restaurant operated by a farm was opened in 2004.
”Bebenko” means ”calf” in Oita dialect. Since the cattle are grown right on Eagle Farm with great care, the local Bungo beef brand is available at a reasonable price.
The homegrown Bungo beef steak is a hearty 200 g, as large as the plate it is served on. The Bungo beef bowl with the sweetness of the fat and full flavor of the meat, and croquettes with chunks of beef in the filling and crunchy crust are both highly recommended.
