"Ice-manju" (Ice cream-buns) are a local specialty of Kuwana. "Shineido" is known as a famous ice cream bun store. An iced bun generally refers to iced milk with azuki bean paste. At Shin-eido, condensed milk is placed in a mold, red bean paste is added, frozen, and then removed from the mold to complete the product.
