Udon “Suzuan”
A famous kama-age udon restaurant loved by locals. They blend domestic wheat from Mie Prefecture and Australian wheat (ASW) to make their homemade noodles . The noodles are cured in a two-stage process under strict temperature control, resulting in noodles with a fluffy texture and firm texture. The freshly boiled white noodles are smooth and chewy, and are a perfect match with the broth.
