Uses ingredients from Shimane
“Ryokan Higuchi” is an accommodation with their own hot spring with an open-air bath. It was founded about 100 years ago in a hot spring village deep in the mountains.
The Japanese style guest rooms are furnished with diatomaceous-earth walls, ”Ryukyu tatami”, and indirect lighting to stage a gentle space. All Western & Japanese type guest rooms are equipped with open-air hot spring baths. Meals prepared with ingredients from Shimane can be enjoyed in the comfort of each guest room. There are other extensive facilities such as a relaxing cafe and six open-air hot spring bath available for reservation.
