Reflecting the experience of foreign travel in the ”sake”Yasutaka Daimon is the 6th owner and brew master. Starting from 1969, Yasutaka traveled off to many different countries for 5 years. From this experience, Yasutaka was inspired to tell the world the wonderful aspects of Japanese ”sake” and Japanese culture. So, he started and manages a website called ”eSake.com” in which he introduces Japanese ”sake” to the world. |
