230 years since foundation, Imazato Sake Brewery is where the brewers put their hearts into ”sake” making, utilizing the water and the rice nurtured by the nature of Hasami. The name ”Rokuju Yoshu” means sixty or more countries. Before the Meiji era, Japan had consisted of more than sixty countries, and the name was given to the ”sake”, representing the wish that the ”sake” would be enjoyed by people all over Japan. Yamadanishiki made in the local area of Hasami is used as the ”sake” rice. The ”sake” is loved by many fans for its gentle aroma and full bodied flavor.
